Most folders were deleted by BOX
Hi,
I reached out before yet my issue isn't solved. I noticed most of the folders of our company account have been deleted by BOX. Will we be able to retrieve them? These are folders that we share with our client and now all work is impact because of this issue.
Also, I mentioned in post before that we need to switch our main admin account to me, so that our company can follow up with the invoice and have account access. Because the old employee is no longer available, now there's nothing we can do with our box account.
Please help to solve this issue asap. Thanks!
