Document Version History for Documents Prior to Upgrade

Hi a colleague recently upgrade to the paid pro plan and she would like to see more than 2 versions on a document created prior to her upgrading her account. Is she able to do that? If not, is it possible to pay to see the prior versions for that one document? Thank you!
