Loss Of Entire Box Folder

Hello,

So, I had two box accounts - both linked to a main account, which i now assume has been shut down as I cannot access my accounts which i was using.

Is there a way I can reopen the box account, using the same details and retrieve all the missing files - obviously happy to pay for a new plan if this can be done.
