We have a number of our users with a free box accounts which they hadn't used for a number of months. When they try to login they are now been prompted for MFA. They tell me they have never set this up and it appears to be setup in the background. How can they regain access to their accounts?

  Since it's a login issue, please contact Box Support with the affected Box account and use this link.
