Assistance Required for Power BI and BOX Integration
Hi Team,
We successfully generated a Bearer Token using the M Query language and had it verified by a programming expert, confirming the query is correct in Power BI. However, we were unable to access the files in BOX from Power BI Desktop.
Issue Encountered in Power BI:item(404) - File not found
We request your assistance in resolving this issue.
Note: This testing is being conducted in the SANDBOX-DEV Admin Console. I have full admin rights to:
- Create folders
- Upload files
- Create new apps and authorize them

2. Authentication and Authorization:Bearer Token Scope:
Confirm that the Bearer Token you generated has the necessary scopes to access the files you're trying to retrieve.

I saw your updated comments. We already tried the same approach, but it didn’t work as expected. Hence, I request a call so that we can demonstrate the issue with a new app creation and File ID folder structure to resolve it quickly. I suggest setting up a call on Tuesday at 10 PM IST (OR) you please suggest a time on Tuesday, We can plan for it accordingly.
