Storage Limit Reached
I'm a new user migrating from Dropbox. Wow! Lack of support is scary....
I am using Box to sync with a Synology Drive. I need way more than 10 GB of space. I need this updated to what I thought I was purchasing, i.e. the unlimited storage plan.
Not a great impression. I thought I had purchased the "unlimited storage" plan and only get 10 GB of public cloud quota. What do I need to do to raise it to at least a TB?
Can anyone in support help or are we basically left to search forums in hopes of answers?
