Free Storage Incorrect

I am using the trial account and Again, like too many users have experienced, I just freed up 4 gb of space and my "free storage" has still unchanged.

No way to submit a ticket! :-(

The system is asking to upgrade to a higher plan with more storage, when you can't even rely on the trial account !
