Installation Failed - Mac OS Monterey v 12.7.5

Updated .NET to 9.0 and downloaded latest installation package and I cannot get Box to install on my Macbook Pro.

No reasons or code are given and I am unable to get a hold of Support.

Anyone have a fix for this??
