Can't seem to find the page

While everyone in my team can access the file, for me, the Box online says "Oops! We can't seem to find the page you are looking for."

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  We usually see this message if you access a content using a Box account linked to a different email than what was invited to access the content.

  Please make sure that when accessing a content, you are logged in to the Box account that is linked to the exact email address the invitation was sent to.
