"Box Drice extension failed to load" on Mojave 10.14.6

I have had this same problem. I have just downloaded Box Personal Pro and need to use it. Can it be used without the extension that fails to load?

  It seems like your Mac is on an old version of macOS that Box supports.

  Box supports the two most recent major releases of macOS as stated in this article. If you are experiencing issues, please try updating your browser or OS to the latest version.
