How can I update my payment status? I just learned that you guys no longer accept my debit card, that is all I have. I also have a Paypal account, but I read that for now you guys do not accept that either. How can I change to pay my payments to ACH payments? If I can't change to ACH, what other choices do I have to make a payment?

  This would be something our Billing team can help you with so I went ahead and created a ticket for you for an associate to work directly with you in updating your payment method.

  hi, box team, im same issue with payment, cant find the payment button on web, so now need to pay to unlock because box doesnt get money from my card, so i need help
