Unlock and Lock Files using UiPath Packages

Hi Support team,

I am developing the locking/unlocking of files in BOX application in UiPath RPA tool. I created a Custom App with App + Enterprise access and is already authorized.

Scenario:
We need to lock/unlock file even if other user has it opened in their excel online. 
The code works fine if it is not opened. But if it the file is opened in excel online, it throws this error: "Unlock File: The API returned an error [Forbidden | vgsuxvgse5aapqxx.1c1de86169247cb26dcbc9046f7625805] access_denied_insufficient_permissions - Access denied - insufficient permission"


I read and check the forum about api permissions and my access allows me to be able to unlock files even if the file is opened in excel online. I hope someone can help me in this issue.

  Can you send me the syntax you are using in your code to unlock a file with the API?
