Event log for user status change (specifically set to inactive)

Is there anyway to get more details on the "EDIT_USER" events? Right now, when a user is set to Status=Inactive it just triggers an EDIT_USER event in the event log. I can't figure out how to get details on the edit itself. 

My goal is to poll the event log and take action when a user is set to Inactive. I'm currently working with Box CLI, but happy to hear solutions using API. Maybe there is a way to get more details via the event id?
