    Have you checked if you have enough storage on your device for the folder that you are trying to save for offline use?

    Also, please be advised that bulk download is dependent on the max file size upload limit for the Account type in total.

    • Free personal: 250 MB
    • Starter: 2 GB
    • Business: 5 GB
    • Business Plus: 15 GB
    • Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
    • Enterprise Plus: 150 GB

    thanks for your reply. I explain better:
    the folder is 2gb but the documents they contain are small.

    and it is not a load problem, they are already in the cloud. but download to make them available offline. This is where the downloading of files is very slow. I do not know if it's normal.

    on new ipad pro, with the latest version of the app.

    I’ve been having the same problem. I’ve tried Tuning my download and that appears to fix the problem for a few minutes.
