    Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post!

    Personal accounts cannot set Admin role as these are only available to accounts with access to the Admin console such as Starter, Business and higher plans.

    If you wish to make another user a Co-owner to a folder that you own, you may do so and follow the steps in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696854-Inviting-Collaborators
