Can you recommend what we need
We are a small charity. Currently we have a free account where I am the owner. I feel we are vulnerable if I am taken ill. Am I right that we can't set an Admin role on a free account? Currently all our trustees can access the folders but only our membership secretary and I can access the membership folder. Can I set a Co-Owner with the same rights as myself? Also would we get increased levels of data security from a paid account? If we set up a paid account are we best to just have 3 editors to reduce cost and just share with those trustees not accessing regularly ?

Personal accounts cannot set Admin role as these are only available to accounts with access to the Admin console such as Starter, Business and higher plans.
If you wish to make another user a Co-owner to a folder that you own, you may do so and follow the steps in this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696854-Inviting-Collaborators
