    I have the same case as Suzie Huminski . I signed up for the trial but did not want to pay. I was charged for one month, and when I contacted the cancellation team I got no response. Can you help me cancel this account please?

    Obviously you need to make it easier to cancel the trial. I wrote the helpdesk yesterday to cancel because the "billing" tab is nowhere to be found and you charged me over 500 dollars today!!! Please refund.
