    There can be a lot of possible reasons as to why this Box notes has disappeared:

    1. The Box Note's owner's Box was deleted from your organization with his contents

    2. The owner's Box has been set to "Inactive", collaborators will not be able to access contents owned by an "Inactive" account.

    3. The content is being transferred to someone else. If this is the case, please be advised that files owned by the user are inaccessible while they are being transferred. This means that during the move, any shared content owned by the user is inaccessible to all collaborators.

    You would need to contact your Box Administrator to let them know about the disappearance of the Box Notes so they can take action.
