Printing PDF Fles

I'm sending PDF files to someone that I want to be able to print the PDF. Currently they can't print the files. I've tried to make them an editor vs. uploader/viewer and still can't print? Suggestions?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  Those permissions should allow your collaborators to print the PDF files your shared.

  Do they attempt to print on Box.com (Box Webapp) or somewhere else?

  To Print your files in Box Webapp, please have them follow these steps:

  1. In the Box Web Application, locate the file you want to print.
  2. Click the file. Box opens the file in Preview.
  3. In the top-right corner of the Preview window, click the ellipsis ("...") button.
  4. In the drop-down menu, select Print.

  In order to print a file, you must have the appropriate permission level.
