    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Are you the owner of the folder where these files are located or is it owned by another account/ user?

    This is definitely a scenario that I don't often come across with. Unless you or someone else deleted the content in Box, they should remain on the account.

    What recent activity have you taken on the account? Have you checked in your Box Trash to see if your files are in there?
