There was no 30-day notice, just a charge to my account/card. I have not used this account in years and would have cancelled it had I been given a chance. I want to cancel this account and get a refund for the amount you charged to my card today!! Conveniently, the link to the "submit a support case" on the refund page is broken: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044192753-Requesting-a-Refund

    This may require our Billing team to work directly with you so I went ahead and created a ticket for you so that an associate to help look into your request.

    Lot's of companies put broken refund and cancellation links up on purpose, hoping you'll give up and just pay.

    I'm having a similar issue. I created an account thinking it was going to cost 15 dollars a month. They just took $540 out of my account. And they won't answer my calls. Anyone having smilier issues? What should I do?
