Box is saying storage is full (10 / 10 GB used) but i can only see about 6 GB of files

This is the third time in about 12 months this has happened, usually someone from BOX Support runs a script and it fixes the issue.

  OK so i cleared some space in order for it to start accepting uploads again, however it shows 7.9GB used when in reality its about 4.9gb used, so still needs about 3gb reclaimed
