BOX just took $540 out of my account with out my approval

I signed up for the $15 dollar a month subscription... Box just charged me $540 with out my knowledge or approval. Thankfully my credit card thought this looked like criminal activity. Box doesn't have a phone number that I can even call. I want to talk to someone today.
