Box Governance Configuration for Retention of data in subfolders

Hello, I am attempting to set up governance to meet the following criteria (essentially, acting on the subfolder with the same name among a collection of 50 main folders), each folder structure contains the same folder names. 

Objective:

               Folder 1

                              Subfolder

                                             Inbound             

               Folder 2

                              Subfolder

                                             Inbound

                Instruction: delete all data older than 22 days from each Inbound folder

It appears that this can be done with 50 independent policies – or possibly using metadata descriptions. Can this be configured via the web GUI (e.g. delete all files within *Inbound when age >22 days).

Box supplied a link to the documentation that is very general and does not state whether this scenario is possible. Metadata appears to only be available as an option through the API. I am looking for feedback on 1. is this possible? 2. If so, what is the best practice?
