    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Can you try connecting to a different network and see if it makes any difference with syncing your files to Box?

    If that doesn't help, can you try to Exit Box Drive (if it is running) if necessary, use Task Manager to end the Box.exe process and then start the app again from the start menu by searching Box Drive?

    If after re-starting the app, the issue persist, please go ahead and submit a ticket to Product Support team by clicking the "Contact Support" found on this page header and someone from our support team will reach out to you to help you troubleshoot.
