    Hi Marco,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

I understand you are having difficulty saving an attachment to Box or Box Drive from Windows Mail (Windows native email application) and when the file is added to Drive, it is corrupted with a size of 0kb.

This appears to be a known issue with the Windows Mail application. Mail requires a file is saved locally, prior to moving to a file sharing service like Box. Email attachments, in this application, are stored as temporary files until saved on the local machine. Because of this, attempting to save the attachment to an application such as Drive will not save the actual file. The workaround is to save the file to a different location and drag it to the appropriate folder in Box Drive.

Let us know how else we can help or if you have questions and we will do our best to help you!

    Best,
