    This would be something our Billing team would like to look into and may require specific account information.  It seems you already have an open ticket for this issue with Billing so I recommend to please continue working with them and check your email for updates.

    Same here!  This is insane!  I created an account to view a document someone sent me and had NO IDEA I was going to be charged $540!!!  I would also like to be contacted about getting a refund.  I honestly don't even know what this platform is and do not have a use for it.  This is a very deceptive business practice.  I would like this resolved ASAP.

    I would like to get a refund for a charge that was made to my account on 12/27/2021.  The transition date was on 12/24/2021.  My reference number is 15270211358000109991457.  I am requesting a refund because the service did not work as advertised and I had to choose another service provider.  The incomplete file was deleted.  Please advise on the refund process.

    Report them here ReportFraud.ftc.gov I did. It must be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up per the FTC. It's amazing the cancel link works really well after you renew but not before. It was a dead end. I have videos of us trying.
