unable cancel account

I have tried numerous times to cancel my account and am not able to do so.  I have tried on multiple browsers and when I press permanently cancel button I receive error message.  NO ONE from support will return numerous inquires.

  Our Cancellations team can help address the issue with your cancellation, and upon checking, it seems you've already spoken to them regarding the effectivity of your account deactivation/ cancellation.

  Hello, 

  I have same problem , 

  when I want to cancel my Box I've got: There was an error cancelling your account. Please try again.
