    Could you provide more details about the issue you encounter when accessing your Box account?

    Do you encounter any sort of error message, can you share a screenshot so we can take a closer look?

    Thank you for the welcome.

    So the issue i face is:

    I have been assigned a company box account. 

    And there are available and relevant work data in it whenever i log in.

     

    However, my superior had also sent me a box link with work data, and I have no problems reading/ downloading it. 

    But to make changes to this folder (uploading/ sharing new data, i was told to log in. 

    When i try to by clicking on the log in link at the top and completing the entry, that group of data disappears. 

     

    I havent any idea why though.

    Hi Cai, 

    Thanks for the additional information you shared.

    So it looks like your superior sent you access to files using Shared link and for you to be able to edit these files, you will to be invited as a 'Collaborator' in this folder with at least an "Editor" access.
