    Are you the owner of the folder or a collaborator? Have you checked your Box Trash to see if the content is in there? If you deleted a content, it is moved into your Box Trash and may be recoverable depending on your Trash policy. If the folder is no longer in your Trash, there is still a14-day grace period when content is removed from Trash during which Box Product Support can recover your content. After this, we cannot guarantee that the files or folders will be recoverable.

    If its a collaborative folder that you do not own and did not delete that is missing from your Box account, it is best to reach out to the owner to check the status of the folder and your status as a collaborator as its also possible that you have been removed from the folder. You will have to contact the folder owner of the collaborative folder to have them re-invite you to that folder again.
