Extremely poor service, possible hack ins
We are experiencing constant problems with signing in the system. We apply correct usernames and passwords, however, we do not receive text messages to the designated cellphone for considerable time. Then, after numerous fails of the box system, the box switches us off, informing that we have submitted wrong passwords too many times, although we have neither received, nor submitted a single password. After approx 10-15 min, designated cells receive a bulk of text messages with codes. Also, we can observe an unprecedented activity (over 4000 operations) from Hong Kong, namely Tseung Kwan O, although we have NO contacts with Hong Kong whatsoever. It looks therefore, that the box system is easily hacked, and can be then searched by corporate info spies from China.
