I have opened a ticket but there is no support yet.
 
I have signed up for individual free account for one of our employee but have received no verification even in Junk / Spam folder. 

I have look through box.com support forum through this link. < https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360049226113-Why-doesn-t-my-email-receive-any-confirmation-email-from-box-com- >

May I check if the account email is being placed on suppression list? The email is s****a@watigaasia.com
