    Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for posting!

    I'd like to check if you are still having trouble accessing your files in Box.

    Is your Box showing completely empty? How are you accessing your Box, is it via a web browser (Box.com) or are you accessing it from a Box desktop app?

    I've had a chance to into your Box account linked to this post and I can see some storage is being used, would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you see on your end so we can take a look?
