Incorrect free space
Dear Box Support,
Please can you assist on how I go about raising a ticket at my Box account is telling me I've run out of space and will not syn, but only using 1.5GB of data whilst account shows
Account ID: 177773932
Storage used: 28.7 GB of 50.0 GB
This makes no sense, to avoid losing data I have backed up my data and DELETED everything from box and it sill shows usage of 28.7 GB even after clean up on recycle Bin. When selecting contact support I keep getting sent to raise on Box community to raise post here.
Would you be able to assist in reset of account disk to 0Gb so that I can resync my data for normal use without errors?

I've run a script to correct the storage count and it should be updated on your end now.
