I can,t upload files

Hi!!

I have been using box for years and paying a bill. Since yesterday I can't upload any file. They stay 0% and do not advance. I have not updated anything on the computer or in the browser. I use mac version 10.7 of catalina. Some help? My clients need the files this way.

  Could you try some of troubleshooting tips provided in this article and see if it helps resolve the issue for you?

  If the issue persists, do you mind providing more information such as the file size of your upload, method or upload (drag and drop or using the upload button) or screenshot of the error you may have encounter so we can take a look?
