Using Google Forms with Box via Zapier

I have successfully created a Zapier Zap that sends a text file to a folder in Box. My issue is that I can't seem to figure out how to format it or simply copy the spreadsheet over to Box every time there is a new instance. Any ideas?

  Since this integration was developed by a third party, we have limited knowledge on how the integration works, thus I would recommend to reach out to Zapier for support. 
  
  I apologize that I can't help you directly here, but I can at least get you pointed in the right direction.
