Authentication failed from 3rd-party app

Hallo,

I am using FE FileExplorer Pro v4.4.1.441 with Android 11.

When adding a box account to the app, I get this error:

Authentication failed. 

Error: Failed to signed in Box. An error ocurred while sending the request.

Where is the problem? Is it possible to debug the login process?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  As this is a third-party integration developed by another company, we have limited knowledge on how the integration works, thus I would recommend to reach out to the developer of the app for support. 
  
  I apologize that I can't help you directly here, but I can at least get you pointed in the right direction
