    From what I can see on my end, it looks like you are still under a free account. You can verify to the user who added you if they have successfully added you. As per the missing files, you may check your Trash folder. See this article for your reference: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196093-Managing-Trash

    Thank you. There is nothing in my trash folder. All files and folder that I was the owner of have disappeared from my account. All I can see is files and folders shared with me owned by members of our enterprise account.
