Change email address
I've followed all the rabbit trails down the different posts related to this, I've even started a chat in some section that I wouldn't be able to find again, but nothing is giving me an answer. I'm unable to change my email address to my new work address. I can't even add it as a "personal" email address to try and make that a default.

I understand that you are having issues with changing emails. I suggest that you sign in to Support.box.com > Support > Contact Support in order to submit a case.

Hello,
I have the same issue: I need to change the login email of my account but I didn't understand to whom send the request (I read around that should be the administrator but no idea about who it could be and didn't find any email address in Box site).
Could someone please help me ?

This method worked perfectly for me. Fast and easy...
Free users will need to add or "Link Personal Email" to be able to change your primary email address in Box.
To add an email address:
- Click Link Personal Email.
- Enter your new email address and click the Save button.
- An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.
- Once your secondary email is linked and verified, you will have the option to "Make it Primary".To make a secondary address your primary address, just click Make Primary button.
