Cannot Reinstate Box Account
Hi all,
My colleague deleted her Box account. Now, she is unable to sign up for a new account using the same email address because it's identified as "taken". Also, clicking to send a password reset link does not generate an email to the user.
How can she reinstate her account, or start a new one at the same email address?
