Email Notifications NOT working!
Hi,
I have had this issue twice now with email notifications not being sent when changes to BOX happen. I have contacted my IT already (who reported back that the emails from box were not being blocked/ suppressed) and tried the troubleshooting suggestions and it has not been fixed yet. Can someone please advise?

Upon checking, I see that your email address is not in our suppression list. You may check this with your email service provider. You may also check this article:
