Link to collaborate on folder not working.

I am having an issue accessing a folder through an invite link sent to me. When I open the link, it brings me into my account, but the folder does not show up. My colleagues use the same link and they have access. How do I fix this problem?

  I cannot connect box drive, even my internet is good in condition

  I can connect to google drive, gmail...just cannot connect box drive
