I created an “Individual-Free” account yesterday but did not confirm my email in time so when I tried to confirm this morning, I was advised that the link had expired. Please provide a new confirmation email. Thank you

I'm sorry for the confusion. I looked up your Box account and see that this was already confirmed.
You may want to try logging in first using your Box credentials by going through the Box sign in page. https://app.box.com/login
I also sent you a password reset. Password reset links sent via email expire 3 hours after they are sent.
Please check your spam/junk folder also.
