API account not showing the content

    Hi Dong,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    This is expected behavior as mentioned in this article on Using Content Manager:

    • For security purposes, if a managed user is collaborating on content owned by an external user, an admin cannot use Instant Login or Content Manager to access this content.

    Thank you so much for your quick response France. Just tried and I can confirm I can access the external content using the API account.
