    I saw your other post mentioning that you have just upgraded your account, and its possible that your upgrade is still in the process thus you do not see the channels available to your new plan for contacting support.

    No worries, I went ahead and submitted a ticket for you regarding your concern about using your subdomain on the other post.

    is the upgrade still in the process after two weeks :) ?

    Because I cannot see the other options yet.

    hello, i upgraded my account and i am unable to contact technical support today, which is 5/21/23. please advise.
