I just noticed several files and folders are missing, what can I do?

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  If you own these files/ folders, you can go over your Box Trash and check if the missing items are in there. If the missing files/folders are owned by another user, you need to reach out to the owner as your access may have been revoked or those may have been deleted by another collaborator. If those were deleted by another user, the owner should be able to recover them from his Trash.
