Set Up 2-Step Verification

Hi all,

I am an user based in South Korea. My business partner in the U.S has provided me an access to the folder, which requires 2-step verification. 

I've tried text message and app option, but could not get an authorization. This is due to the fact that the app authorization does not function on my phone, and I do not know what app I should use for this purpose. (Normally, I just use built-in scanner on i-phone) 

Please let me know how to complete the 2-Step Verification as early as possible.
