unable to add a Box note to a collection

I am unable to add a Box Note to a collection. The option is greyed out, (see attached) any advice? Thanks

  Thanks for reaching out!

  To confirm, are you accessing this Box Note from a Shared link? If so, this is expected behavior since you cannot yet add a file that you are not collaborated into, and can only access via a shared link; this is on our road map as a future enhancement. 

  You have to be added as a collaborator in this Box Note to add in in your collections.
