How to recover deleted files
Hello, would you be able to advise how can I recover deleted files, seems that files were deleted by owner, which yesterday left company, I was added as co-owner, seems that owner accidentally removed all files by cleaning box before leaving company. Can you please urgently advise

When a content is deleted, please be advised that only the owner or the person who deleted the content will have the option to recover the content via Trash.
Since it was the same user who deleted and owns the content, and he has left your company, I recommend reaching out to the Admin of your Box organization to help retrieve the deleted files.
It also looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.
