I just installed WordPerfect 2021 on a new Win10 desktop. I was using WordPerfect X8, and I had no problem accessing and opening my files stored in Box by double-clicking the filename. I cannot open files stored in Box by double-clicking the filename with WordPerfect 2021. I can open the files by right-clicking and selecting "Open with WordPerfect 2021. Can someone help me with this issue?

  Can you follow the steps on this article to make sure that you have the correct program defaults set for you computer when opening WordPerfect 2021 files?:

  • Setting default programs on Windows

  The files that I am trying to open by double-clicking are identified as WordPerfect 2021 files, and I am trying to open them with WordPerfect.
