Can't access folder
I was shared a link to a collaborative folder and when I click on it, it sends me to a page that links box and my university. On the page there are two boxes; one says invalid login credentials and the other one says continue. When I push continue it takes me back to this page and I am not able to login. I tried the option that said to login if its not through my university and still used my university account and was able to login, but I did not receive the folder. I have tried this on multiple devices and I am still not able to access my folder. I don't think this is an issue with the person who shared the folder because everyone else was able to access it. Please let me know what I can do to access this folder. Thank you.

Can you reach out to the person who shared you the link, they may have just copied and pasted a link to you instead of inviting you to actually collaborate in the folder or create a shared link with proper link access for you?
Please take a look at this article to learn more about the difference between "Collaboration" and using "Shared link", this might be relevant to your next step.
